Image Representation
Product images displayed on our website and marketing materials may be AI-generated mockups used for visualization.
We strive for accuracy in color, fit, silhouette, and detailing; however, the physical product may exhibit minor variations due to factors such as lighting, fabric dye lots, screen/device settings, and artisanal workmanship.
These minor variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for refunds or returns under our policy. Exchanges are only applicable as per our existing damaged/defective exchange policy.
Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that images are representational and that reasonable, minor differences may occur in the delivered product.
Accuracy Efforts
Eeyom regularly reviews and updates product descriptions, size charts, and specifications to align closely with the delivered item. If you require additional clarification (e.g., real-life photos, measurements, or fabric details), please contact us before purchase.
Sizing and alterations
Size adjustments: We include extra fabric within the seams on most styles, so a professional tailor can let out the garment to increase the size as needed.
Because fit can be adjusted post-purchase, size/fit issues are not eligible for exchange.
Important: Once a garment is altered in any way, it is no longer eligible for exchange—even for defects not reported before alteration. Please check fit before making alterations.

Eligibility for exchange (damaged/defective only)
Qualifies only if the item arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect.
Must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Proof required: order number, clear photos of the issue, tags, and packaging (an unboxing video is strongly recommended).
Report visible transit damage on the delivery receipt where possible.
Not eligible
Change of mind, dislike of fit/color, or size issues (see “Sizing and alterations” above).
Normal wear and tear after use, fragrance/makeup stains, or odors.
Minor variations in color/texture, natural weave slubs, or print placement differences typical of artisanal fabrics.
Items reported after the 3-day window or returned without prior authorization.
Altered items.
How to request an exchange
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and issue details (photos/video).
Authorization: If approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with packing and pickup/self-ship instructions.
Pack: Keep tags attached, include the invoice, and use original packaging where possible.
Ship/Pickup: Follow the RMA instructions. Unapproved returns may be refused.
Inspection: Allow 2–3 business days after the item reaches our studio for quality check.
Resolution: If the damage/defect is confirmed, we’ll dispatch a replacement.
Replacement terms
Like-for-like replacement (same style, size, and color) will be provided, subject to availability.
If the exact item is unavailable, we will offer the closest available alternative of equal value for your approval. Refunds are not offered.
Shipping and fees
For approved damaged/defective exchanges, we cover return pick-up and replacement shipping within India.
Original shipping, COD fees, gift wrap, and duties/taxes are not refundable.
COD Confirmation Fee — Refund Policy
The ₹100 COD Confirmation Fee charged at the time of placing a Partial COD order is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
This fee is collected to confirm your intent to accept the order at delivery and covers processing costs associated with Cash on Delivery fulfillment.
The ₹100 fee will NOT be refunded in the following cases:
Order cancelled by the customer after placement
Order refused at the time of delivery (RTO)
Order returned after delivery
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Customer unavailable at delivery
Refund applicable only if:
Product is damaged or defective upon delivery
Wrong product delivered by Eeyom
Order lost in transit (confirmed by courier)
In eligible cases, only the product amount will be refunded. The ₹100 COD Confirmation Fee remains non-refundable even in refund-eligible scenarios.
